ok, so my mom just gave birth!. She started noticing pain in her finger joints and knees!. What vitamin would be good for that!? And she is experiencing pain in her tailbone (coccyx)!. She is 36!. She had 3 childbirths!. PLZ HELP!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Too much acidity from red meat could be a cause!. Probably the worst food for joint pains is prawns as they contain even more uric acid than red meat!.

Fish oil every day is supposed to help for the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

vitamin b12 is made exceptionally for the nervous system and you do need that after childbirth I have had 5 kids and I have to get b12 shot once a month she should really check it outWww@Answer-Health@Com

tell her to stop eating meat and to reduce the amount of protein in her diet, over dose of protein depletes the body of calcium!.
Also, have her take a omega3 oil pill each day!. (flax seed or fish oil)Www@Answer-Health@Com
