Question: I got in a car accident today!.!.!.!?
I hit my head pretty hard on the dashboard and, when I went to the hospital, was told that I have a sprained neck, shoulder and elbow!. (which is weird, because I don't remember hitting my elbow) But now my throat is really swollen and it's getting hard to swallow!. Is this related somehow!? Should I talk to my Dr about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A sprain causes swelling, so if you have a sprained neck it would make sense that there is some swelling!. However, swelling in the neck can be very dangerous, as this would effect your breathing!. You need to go back to the hospital to have this addressed!.!.NOWWww@Answer-Health@Com
You need to go to the ER now! Your throat MAY be swelling due to the whiplash, however, did they give you any medicine for pain while you were there!? If so, you could be having an allergic reaction to whatever they gave you (which sounds more likely to be the case)!. Either way, you need to go back to the hospital ASAP!
