Leg pain from treadmill?!

Question: Leg pain from treadmill!?
On Sunday, I got my new treadmill! Yay!
Since I just got it, I was excited and decided to go for 5 miles!.
I took breaks in between but I went 5 miles at about 6-7 miles per hour!.
The next day, my leg is in pain!

I'm not sure what the part is called, but its the part right below the thighs!. You know!? The part that you can flex and feel the hard muscleness!.

Well, that part hurts on both legs!

- Yes, that was my first time running in about a month and I think that could do with something!.

Any help appreciated!! Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could just be your leg adjusting to the take in of exercise you placed on your legs!. Let it rest for about 4-7 days and you'll be fine :)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you pulled your hamstring!. I have a treadmill and others will tell you the same thing; they're harder on your body than regular running!. You need to make sure you warm up really good and properly!. The continuous pounding is hard on the joints and muscles and if the belt to the machine is off, it can throw your alignment off as well!. I'm guessing you just did too much too fast, give your body time to get used to it and you should fine a way that's best for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
