1) Take a hot shower or bath!.
2) Get comfortable and lay very still!.
3) Relax
4) Go back to your childhood and choose a place to visit!. Maybe go to your Grandma house in your mind!. Walk up the front steps, knock on the door, go into the living room, look around and remember the furniture, rug, pictures, go into the next room!. You will be asleep before you get to the bedroom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try not to get distracted - that keeps me up very late (youtube, yahoo, myspace etc!.) take a shower or bath and have something filling to eat - the shower/bath will relax you and eating will cause blood to rush to your stomach, making you feel sleepy!. think of pleasant things and try to keep your mind wandering; I promise you'll be in dreamland before you know it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try getting up earlier in the morning!. On the first night of going to bed "early" take a dose of tylenol PM!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
