Nose piercing question?!

I got my nose pierced about 5 weeks ago and im having some problems, my nose piercing hole looks ALOT bigger then it was a few weeks ago, its all red and puffy looking and it bleeds!.!. nother thing i noticed is that on the inside of my nose pericing there is a bump!.!. its been there for about 2 weeks now!.!. ive been doing sea salt soaks since the beggining of day 1 and i really dont know what im doing wrong!. Im going to the doctor soon "just in case" its infected!.!. im really worried and im so fed up right now i want to take it out!.!. my nose ring fell out a few times and i put it back in with no trouble!.!. the bump is so big that i can hardly see the bottom of my nose piercing!.!. my mom says its fine and yady dady dah but i dont think so at all!.!. it looks nasty!Www@Answer-Health@Com
