it is the time when our brain take time procees the data absorbed all the day!. if you dont get enough sleep it will affec t the harmony and the order of metabolism of our body!.
taking enough sleep is the base of good memory power!.
some people have problem in taking sleep because of their unorganised way of sleeping!.
for better sleep
go to bed early as much as possible
eat atleast one hour befoere going to sleep!.
get up at regular time!.
the time you going to bed and get up must be same all the day !. after keeping this rule for somedays you will raelly get a good sleep automatically at that time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it does!. it affects you both physically and mentally!. slower responses in both!. i heard if you get less than 8 hours or more than 8 hours, you die sooner than someone who gets 8 hours of sleep a night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
