Help getting up in a morning??!

Question: Help getting up in a morning!?!?
Every morning I feel like death when i have to get up!. I went to bed at 12am last night and had to get up at 8!.30am and it was a struggle (That's still 8 and a half hours sleep which is normal, and should have me feeling refreshed)!. I always feel sick and can't go to the toilet, although I want to (In terms of a sit down)!. If I do consume toast or cereal it makes me feel worse!. Should I get up earlier to allow this process to pass by!?!? Are there any vitamins to take!?!?

Thanks for your thoughts in advance!.

Answers:
if you're having problems going to the bathroom you're probably lacking insoluble fiber in your diet!. Try having 1 or 2 bowls of Fiber One cereal for breakfast; that should help!. Not going to the bathroom is enough to make you feel sluggish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would start going to bed at 10 every night and getting up at 6 or 6:30!. It's like you said, that way you'll have time for it to pass!. I'm not sure about specific vitamins but I'm sure a multi wouldn't hurt any!. You might not be sleeping soundly either!. That will cause you to wake up still tired!. There's a natural supplement, I'm pretty sure it's called Melatonin, that helps you relax enough to go to sleep!. You might try taking that so that you might sleep better!. You can get it at Walmart or similar stores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's chronic like you say it is!. and you're actually sick!. go to a doctor!. it could be a range of issues that would affect you while sleeping and waking up in the morning!.

You hsould note other symptoms!. nightmares, night sweats!. tossing and turning!. inability to fall asleep quickly!. Prescription medications and what not!.

Otherwise just hop into a cold shower and itll wake you up real quick!.

I've had to deal with getting up after 4-5 hours of sleep, or sometimes none at all like when I would have to stay awake all night in Iraq!.!. you just have to get used to it if it isnt a medical conditionWww@Answer-Health@Com
