Question: Help! I have the worst headache of my life and no insurance! What should I do!?
My headaches started approx!. 10 days ago, and last between 2-4 hours!. They are accompanied by severe nausea, photophobia, and are unrelieved with OTC painkillers, caffeine, rest, or cold compresses!. They are becoming longer, more frequent, and more severe!. I can no longer leave myhouse for fear that one will arise!. I don't know how much longer I can deal with this, but I don't have health insurance and the free clinics in my area have a 2 week wait!. Should I just go to the ER and deal with the bill later!? The pain is extreme!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have migraine, not headache!. Spend the money on one visit to an ER, but tell them you just want the one visit, and a prescription for the best current treatment ( Imigran nasal inhale is brilliant, apparently)!. Don't be pushed around, or referred on to another specialist or appointment!.
Refuse any other bloods, scans, etc!., that cost money!. That is the next step if migraine treatment doesn't work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
