Answers:
it is sprained or twisted as long as you can still move it!. If you can't move it at all, it is broken!. If it hurts while you move it and is a little swollen it is twisted!. If it hurts terribly and feels almost as if you can't move it but still can if you try to hold the pain, and if it is really swollen and retaining water, then it is sprained!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only positive way to tell is an x-ray!. The ol' "if you can move it, it's not broke" is false, as I've seen MANY people able to move a broken part!. Good example- I rolled my ankle at work, thought I had just sprained it badly (as I've done in the past), but went ahead & got it checked!. Turns out I broke the end of my fibula (the small bone in your calf)!. And yes, I could still move my ankle, and walk on it (kinda!)!. Get it x-rayed!Www@Answer-Health@Com

SOMETIMES YOU CANT TELL UNTIL AFTER X RAY BUT IF YOU CAN MOVE IT A NORMAL TWIST OR SPRAIN BUT IF IT HURTS AND YOU CANT MOVE OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING THEN YOU SHOULD GET YOUR XRAY DONE AND THEN YOU WILL KNOW IF IT IS OR NOT! OKAY YOU ARE WELCOME FOR THE HELP bye thank you! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you cannt bear the pain than go to the doctor!. If u can bear the pain then make paste of huldi+salt and apply!. Pour hot water for some time!. Take some rest!. u'll be alrightWww@Answer-Health@Com

Run your ankle over with a car!. Then you can asume its broken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You go and have an xray taken!.

Hope this helps!!
