Best way to recover your normal sleep cycle?!


Question: Best way to recover your normal sleep cycle!?
Yeah, it happens every vacations, since I do less in the day and enjoy life (because school is a life absorbing hellhole) I go to bed late, then more late, then more late, at the point where I'm awake at 4 am and pass out at 5 right when the day is about to begin, just today I woke up at 4 pm (or maybe I overslept since for some weird reason I set up wrong the clock that I look at)

I'm talking about a situation were alarms don't work anymore, I've tried staying up all night to regain my sleep schedule, but it almost always ends up not working since my half asleep mind can't come up with something entertaining to do and my body is attracted almost involuntarily to bed!.

Oh well look at me making a rant about such a silly situation

Summary
I can't sleep at night because I fall asleep at day
How would you turn it the other way around!?

(if you say stay up all night i'm looking for ideas to keep me awake, i can't just stare into space D:)

Yeah, you have to get up and eat at those times!. It sounds simple but its true!. Our body was designed to be alert when we were hunting for food, and rest when there wasn't food available so we are alert when we hunt again!. It will help!. So don't eat anything all night, as much as you want a slice of that cheesecake, and eat a heavy meal at 6 am, noon, and 6 pm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
