Question: Are Quest cigarettes healtheir then a regular cigarette!?

I'm trying to quit smoking!.!.!.!. I know how bad it is!. My !? is why i'm trying to cut down would i be better off with a cigarette like a light virginia slim that contains less tar or should I smoke Quest!. Do Quest not contain a lot of the other bad things a vs would contain aside from the nicotine!? Please help and don't hate, cause I can't just quit cold turkey!Www@Answer-Health@Com
