Who in their right mind can ENJOY a cup of coffee or a beer without a smoke!?

But seriously, though, you need to break the association of cigarettes and drinking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you going cold turkey, when you clearly have a serious addiction to nicotine!? (and yes nicotine is a drug along with alcohol, heroine, cocaine, etc)!.
Visit your GP and get free nicotine patches which will help wean you off nicotine over a 3 month period!.
Stopping smoking is not easy and also requires willpower, but the benefits to your health are immense - and you don't really need me to tell you that as you already know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be very proud of yourself, you are doing great, the odd one at the weekend wont do you any harm and you are not a failure, I wish I could do it - I started as a teenager and gave up 29 years ago when I was pregnant and was off them for 16 years and during those years I still got cravings, I started again 16 years later through stress and have no willpower to give up again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have never been a smoker; however, if you are more than 40lbs overweight, you might want to reconsider!. Studies have shown that cessation of tobacco causes weight gain (20-100lbs) and the health risks associated with obesity actually outweigh risks with tobacco!.
Controversial, I know, but the trick is picking between the worse of two evils!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I gave up smoking for a year, craved every single day & then unfortunately started again :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nicotine only stays in your system for 24 hours, after that it's all in your head!. They say nicotine is harder to break than heroin!. Good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I gave up 16 years ago, but I still get the odd time when I could kill for a fag!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
