How to go less frequently to the toilet??!
Question: How to go less frequently to the toilet!?!?
I always find myself waking up in the early morning, say around 2am as I'm bursting for a pee!. I avoid drinking after 11pm and usually retire at 12pm but I still every night have to get up and go to the toilet!. Does anyone know why I do this!?!? it has become a routine now and I'm sure its not healthy as I feel so rough in a morning!.

you may want to lay back on the water at night period, water will make you pee a lot, because there is very little to "Sort out"!. Anyway i might also suggest going before bed, of course and not eating anything like a popsicle, watermelon!. You may want to check with a doctor , you may have an overactive bladder, just a suggestion though!.

Maybe have your last drink around 9:30pm!? If I drink beyond that I end up waking at 3am!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
