Question: How to avoid knee pain after basketball or playing tennis on hard court !?!?
Answers:
The best way to minimize the causes of knee pain would be to tackle the problem at its source!. I would start with a Dr!. Shols gel insole with an arch support!. They are AMAZING and help absorb the shock from running on landing on your feet!. Its the shock waves that make your joints sore!. I would also recommend icing your knees right after in order to releave any swelling that may occur before it gets inflamed!. you can also wear a neoprine sleeve over your knees that will help support them!. I played college football and astro turf killed my knees!. This worked well for basket ball as well!. Try it because it works!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have knee pain after you play sports you should go to a physio therapist!. They will give you exercises to do for your knee that will help with the pain!. I had the same problem and it worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some Tylenol before and after playing!. Or you can get an ACE bandage to wear around your knee and it feels like you aren't wearing one!. It supports your knee and you can take it off when your done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've used ice and elevation and of course rested it before and that helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
