I just got back from my friends party and I think I stepped in glass on the heel of my foot!.
Its not even external bleeding, its internal!.
I can feel the shard in there, but I am so scared!.!.!. what if it's really deep!?

get a flashlight and tweezers, put your leg across you knee and look with the flashlight, move it around until you see it glint off something, the shard, then try and grab it with the tweezers and pull it out, it will hurt worse then now when you do but the pain should subside within a day or two!. hope your feeling betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
Chances are if it stills hurts, there is still some glass in there!. You either got to fish it out yourself or a doctor is going to have to!. If it stops hurting bad, its probably all out!. You can never be sure though, neither can a doc really, but he has a better idea of how to look in there!. Worst case scenario is your foot heals over the embedded glass and you have a long term infection and possibly other complications!.
If you decide to try to remove it yourself, I suggest using a very very very sharp knife (like and exacto knife) and a needle and some tweezers!. You maywant to do this in the bath too!.!.!.

if it is bleeding internally and you are not able to see how deep it is , i suggest to go to urgent care or if to painful go to e!.r!. because it may get infected and if it is bleeding internally you need to stop the bleed!. if you can see it then maybe get some tweezers and clean them with alcohol and wait until it dry's and use them to pull the piece of glass out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go see your doctor!. The doctor will get it out for you!. ask your mom to help you walk so it will not put pressure on the heel of your foot!. And also don't be afraid to go to your doctor because he will give you shots or medicines that will fight the bacterias or infection it has caused!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As much as I dislike going to the hospital, I would say you need to see a doctor or go to the hospital!. I have never heard or had this happen, but if the pain continues you might wanna go, plus if it gets infected that would be bad!. :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best thing to do for now is try not to put pressure on your foot, and maybe ring the doctors if your really bothered by it, one way or another you do have to get it out!.
