How can i recover from a tough workout?!


Question: How can i recover from a tough workout!?
Yesterday at soccer our coach punished us with 10 laps around the obstacle course of hell!. Not really an obstacle course, but it was a baseball field (grass included) sized square with different things to do: sets of jogs, sprints, weaving poles, bunny hops, backwards running, and lunges!. Yesterday i was just tired, but today i woke up in pain, everywhere!. I think mainly because of the lunges!. Just going down the stairs is like voluntarily cutting off my hands!. Ugh!.!.!.

Well anyways, what can i do to recover quickly!? We have a pool, so maybe doing breast strokes in there would stretch me out gently!? Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
