Question: Magnesium Citrate!?
Ok so my doctor wants me to take this stuff to clean out my system for better testing!. It comes in a medium sized bottle and says pleasing lemon flavor!.!.!. has anybody ever had this stuff!?!?!? I hate drinking gross stuff like this!.!.I bet it's not "pleasing" at all, lol!. Anyways, I'm not quite sure how to take it!.!.!.do I take it all at once, or drink several glasses!.!.!.and can I put in in a cup of ice!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I took magnesium citrate today!. I bought the 10oz, lemon flavor!. I poured half of the bottle to a glass and filled it up with water (about 3/4 cup water) and drank it all the way!. After 10 minutes, I did the same for the remaining half!. It was not bad - just a little sour and a little salty!. I think it will go well 7-up or ice!. But, always follow it up with water because the solution will need water to absorb into the small intestine and help with the peristalsis (muscle contraction in the digestive tract)!. After five hours, I have not felt a thing!. I heard it takes longer than that for some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink as much as you can!.!.!.you will probably start to go!. Finish it as soon as possible!.
The going to the bathroom is more gross than the taste of the drink!!

There should be instructions on the bottle or in the package!. If you cannot reach your own doctor ask his attending nurse, Or a pharmacists!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
