Answers:
Stay away from caffeine (sodas, chocolate) before you go to sleep, if you don't already!. Start setting your alarm for 6 or 7 AM!. You'll eventually start getting tired earlier in the night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try melatonin!. It's one of the least addictive substances on the planet, and regularly exists in the human body!. It is available over the counter at your local drug store!.

The same thing happened to my daughter when she was in high school!. She'd get to bed at 1 or 2 in the morning, drag herself through her day, then have a nap from 3 - 5 in the afternoon, which meant she wasn't tired again until 1 or 2 in the morning! After some discussion with her doctor, she started taking one pill about half an hour before bedtime!. Within 30 minutes, she was sleepy, and it only took a week of taking the pills to get her back onto a "normal" cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink warm milk with honey before you go lay down, if you do this every night you should get a normal sleeping pattern

answer mine please:)
