Twitching in my fingers?!

Question: Twitching in my fingers!?
I was just wondering if there was something wrong with me!. Me and my friends have noticed many times that my hands barely twitch unvoluntarily!. It's just barely!. The only way you can see it is if I hold a pencil still!. Don't just tell me everyone does it because my twitches are more violent than any of my friends!.

I looked up on webmd and the closest thing I could find to the cause of the problem is that I could possibly be diabetic!. What do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't say how old you are!.!.!.

do you play a lot of video games, or text a ton, or online constantly!? you might not realize it, but you could be leaning on your arms or wrists wrong when you do it, and it can actually cause something like this!. i have damage to the outside nerve in my arm (the ulnar nerve) which causes pretty awful spasms sometimes, it can even look like i have parkinson's at times!. it can also be caused by carpal tunnel and herniated discs in your neck!. i have all 3, so i can't really say which causes the twitching/tremors!. ugh!.

take a break from anything you do compulsively with your hands, or if you can't (like it's work), try taking a 5 minute break every hour and being REALLY conscious of your posture and what you lay your wrists and forearms on!.

if it persists, go to a doctor and get a workup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
