Hard to say, but you may have had a momentary testicular torsion, when the testicles cross each other!. If it doesn't resolve, it is a medical emergency, and needs to be treated ASAP!. It sounds like yours resolved and you are ok!. If it happens again and it doesn't stop- get to a hospital at once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Happened to me!. No need for doctor, you just twisted a testie!. If you try, you can untwist it, if you let them hang, they'll do it on their own, just it takes a while!.
