I have a terrible pain in my lower right abdominal region?!

Question: I have a terrible pain in my lower right abdominal region!?
I'm a 35 year old male, and for the last 2 days, I've had this terrible pain from my bell button all the way to my right side!. The pain starts at about the level of my right hip bone, and goes up close to my first rib, and from my stomach all the way to my back!. It has a similar feeling to a pulled muscle I suppose, but it's much too large of an area for it to be that!. It started out as fairly severe discomfort yesterday, then pretty much went completely away!. Then this morning while in bed, I flexexed my stomach muscles similar to trying to do a situp, and the pain instantly came back on, but this time much more sever!. The pain is very intense, and makes it difficult to breath!. I'm also feeling slightly sick to my stomach!. Any idea's!?

Thanx muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Kidney stones can hurt from the front side through your back!. They will make you sick to your stomach, sometimes enough to "get sick" when the pain is severe!. I've had three kidney stones, two last summer resulting in a hospital stay!. And my (former) doctor kept telling me I had the flu even after I told her it felt like the last kidney stone from 10 years ago! I hope you find the answer soon and start feeling better:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

when i was 13 i got very sick, stomach pains to the point where i couldnt move my body, i threw up everything and had diarrhea!.
it was on the lower right side of my stomach and it hurt for 2 days till my parents took me to the hospital and they took out my APPENDIX, (feel it, is it hot and hard!?) that could be whats wrong with you, if you wait too long to see a doctor, and it is your appendix it could rupture and people die from that!. see a doctor!.

dont freak, just get better, see or call a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it could be a pulled muscle, but it could be something else, esp!. if you are nauseated!. It would certainly be best to go to your doctor or a walk in clinic and get checked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, it could be a pulled muscle!. Your abdomen is lined with three seperate muscles that can get sprained!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A ruptured appendix CAN KILL!

One ER sent my cousin home, diagnosed with something else!. His wife took him back, & another Dr got him open just as it burst!.!.!. Then followed tons of anti-bacterial medicine, & a long recovery time!.
IF not treated PROMPTLY, a ruptured appendix WILL KILL!.
Avoid that risk if you can!

Once RUPTURED, a person often FEELS BETTER,
so don't assume that feeling better means the problem is over!!!
