Knee Problem, help would be muchly appreciated!!!!!?!

Question: Knee Problem, help would be muchly appreciated!!!!!!?
So I have a bit of a knee problem!.

I got an injury where my knee cap popped out of place and snapped back into place within a few seconds!. There was an unbearable pain for about 10 minutes and then it went away and was then follow with stiffness and a bit of soreness!. I did it the first time about 6 months ago and I ignored it b/c i didn't want doctors telling me i couldnt play vball for the rest of the year!. I know wear a knee brace for it and I thought it had healed!.

But a few days ago i did the same thing 3 times in one day (I know moron for not stopping after the first time, but i work at a athletic camp)!. All three times i was not even moving side to side or changin directions quickly i was just running in a straight line!. I am not sure what the injury is or what I should do or if it a very serious injury or not!.

Thanks for help in advanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sounds like you have a chronic subluxating patella!. It's not all that uncommon but can be quite a pain- literally!. They make certain knee braces to wear for activity or if you're going to be bending at the knee a lot or weight lifting!. But you have to make sure to get the specific brace to hold the patella in place, not just your every day ACE knee brace!. If you work at an athletic camp, an athletic trainer should be there (that's what I do), and they can evaluate your knee and if you're going to be doing activity there is a taping job with athletic tape to hold it in place!. If it is subluxating (popping out and back in) so frequently as 3 times a day, sounds like you really stretched out the tendons that hold it in place and might want a doctor to check it out!. Hope I was of some help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honeys mom is right!. !.!.!.!.You will want to get this checked out and controlled before you do even more damage to the patella (knee cap)!. Continued damage is linked to degenerative changes!.!.!.!.ie arthritis!. Conservative treatment will be physical therapy or working with your athletic trainer!. They may try to apply a low load stretch to the outside boarder of the knee cap, taping/braces, and progressive strengthening!. Aggressive treatment would be surgery, followed by rehab!. !.!.!.!.see your doctor! good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like something that may require surgery to fix!. you may have torn tendons the first time!. it will probably do it again if you dont get it fixed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
