so i got a phsycal(spell) and the doctor said that there is no cartalidge between my ulna and radius bones and they're rubbing!. but he did'nt give me any suggestions!? i know you guys are'nt doctors but have you had this or have any suggestions!?

it may not be hurting now!.!.but after a while!.!.ur bones would start 2 hurt and ur bones would be grinding on each other!.!.!.soo ask your doctor what you should doWww@Answer-Health@Com
