I just started the bowel prep at 2:00 will this make my test inconclusive!? I called my doctor and she said just not to eat anymore and stick with the clear liquids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You did the right thing by calling the doctor!. She is prepared for it!. If she encounters any stool, she has the ability (if she wants to) to provide a Colonoscopic Colon Enema (CCE) to fix the problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you called your doctor and she said not to eat any more and stick with the clear fluids!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.what other information are you wanting from us!.
Special laxatives are given before a colonoscopy is performed because the large intestines need to be completely clean!. Beside laxatives, a special diet is also requested for the same reason!. If the large intestines contain stools the colonoscopy won't be performed well!.
You really should read and follow instructions when you're having medical procedures done!. If your test is inconclusive or they can't complete the test because of stool in your large intestine, you'll have to go through the entire process again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might but with that much time it really shouldnt make you have inconclusive test results!. Only 14% of the ppl that eat that early have false positives!. So I guess at your point it really depends on what you ate!. My opinion since i had a realitive that ate 15 hrs before his colonoscopy is if you follow your preperation packet it will all be fine!. As long as you didnt eat alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No as long as you don't eat anything else until your testing is over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do the prep and don't eat any more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
