Yes, it is okay!.

When I prescribe 5mg/325mg Oxycodone/APAP, which is pretty often, myself, along with almost every other Orthopedic I know, prescribe 1-2 every 4-6 hours for pain prn as needed!.

Bottom line, if you are in some bad pain, two will not hurt you!. Its exactly the same as taking one 10mg/650mg Oxycodone/APAP!.

If your have any further questions or need any more advice, feel free to e-mail me!. Hope I was able to be of some help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did the doctor prescribed that medication!? Call your doctor to be at safe, meantime drink a lot water, don't take too much protein!. !? Your are taken pain killer that is very strong and I don't know if it may raise your blood pressure!. The doctor should be able to give you something to dissolve the stone, it probably take 2 or 3 days!. gaWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should really ignore what I say and stick to what your doctor told you, but doubling up this once will not hurt you!.

The more dangerous component of Percocet is the acetaminophen (a!.k!.a!. APAP, that's the 325!.!.!. 325 mg per pill)!. The recommended maximum dose of APAP for short-term treatment in adults is 1000 mg per single dose and 4000 mg per day!.

Every four hours means six pills per day, or 1950 mg APAP per day!. Taking a seventh pill will push it to 2275 mg, which is still ok!.

But don't get in the habit of taking two instead of one, because that will lead to exactly that!. A habit!. A drug habit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
