What I usually do is sit in my computer chair reclined and just close my eyes for a while, and if I feel like I could fall asleep!. I just go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I find that if I start to read a book it makes me fall asleep and valerium tablets which are a natural remedy also helpWww@Answer-Health@Com
