I just took 2800mg of Ibuprofen, will I be OK?!

800mg is the usual max adult dose of ibuprofen!. Drink lots of water to flush it out of your system!. Your stomach might be irritated for a few days!. That is way too much of a dose for anyone to take!. It is filtered through your liver!. Do you take this amount very often!? You must not take that much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How you are still awake is beyond me! That is way too much and I would reccomend going to the Emergency department and telling them how much you took, they will probably pump your stomach and you should consider yourself lucky if they dont put you on suicide watch!

You'll be ok for now, but your stomach & liver might suffer later!. Don't do it again please, just stay within recommended dose, overdosing NSAIDs won't give you extra pain relief albeit gives you gastric irritation & liver toxicity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
