I'm Having trouble sleeping?!


Question: I'm Having trouble sleeping!?
I have been in my bed awake at 10:00PM to 6:00AM trying to go to sleep and never being able to, i think i am so close and i am not even going to sleep!. Should I go to a doctor or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

DON'T take sleeping pills!.

The key to beating insomnia is finding the root cause; if this cause is physiological as opposed to psychological, pills will have no effect at all, and the potential side-effects are not worth it!. They also tend to be very addictive!.

Talok to your GP, and maybe consider a referral to a psychologist; more often than not insomnia is caused by stress or other emotional issues!.

Treat the cause, not the symptoms!. Once that's done, you will probably find you don't need any further treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try not to eat before you go to bed
or if you cant sleep you probably have a lot on your mind

if you do write whats in your mind before you go bed

a natural remedy such as valerian can really help!. you take a pill before bed and it calms you down, you relax and sleep well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ye go for some pills man!. But also dont think about it al the time that makes you awake either!. Go read a book before, no television and pc and drink a tea beforeWww@Answer-Health@Com
