Pregnancy and Sacroiliitis?!

Question: Pregnancy and Sacroiliitis!?
Here is a short history and my question is below!.!.!.
I have been diagnosed with Sacroiliitis ( an inflamitory disease of the pelvic area)!. I was first diagnosed 1 yr ago but know I have suffered with this for over 10 yrs!. I found that after giving birth to my1st child the pain has gotten worse but therapy & my TENS unit help to coop with the constant pain!.

But now I am pregnant with my 2nd child(35weeks)!. I did have a reprieve from my pain but now I am having a flare up ( a severe one) I called the doctor & there is nothing I can do other than what Iam doing!. Tylenol, cold & hot compresses and stretches!. I am lacking in sleep cause the pain keeps me up at night so they suggested Ambien ( I took it with my frst after being up for 3 1/2 days) So i have an appt at 3 to get that!.

My question does anyone else have this & what do you do to help!?Besides drugs cause being pregnant you can't take any!.

ps!. have also tried pool therapy!. stretching & being in pool helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
