my back /neck hurts rllly rlly bad cuz i slept weird last night!. is there anything i could do 2 help and if i layed down woyuld that help or make it worse !? thnx!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a hot water bottle or a heating pad!. It might take a couple of days to get the muscles to relax!. Right now they've tightened into a spasm!. I've had that too every decade or so!. Not nice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
my dad once had that kind of back problem since you slept weird last night it probly had something to do with it really the best thing to do is to do what is most comfertable for you put a hot pack on it and if it gets excruchating then i would go to the ER or your docters office!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
