My older brother came to me about an hour ago telling me his insides hurt!. When I asked him what he was feeling he said it felt like his insides were on fire!. He said it was his lower stomach!. The first thing I thought of was that maybe he ingested something poisonous, but when I asked him if he had eaten anything today he said he hadn

He could just have food poisoning; however it might be his appendix!. There could be a hundred possible things wrong with him!. Please, if you can, get a neighbor or a family friend to take him to the doctor!. It could be serious!.
