Its called actually doing something(no offense because I don't even know you)! If this is your first sport, then your body needs more energy to keep going, more carbs, etc!. Its a natural thing, trust me!. When I started doing basketball, tennis, swim team, I started doing the same thing!.

Its natural!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) your metabolism has increased; eat a protein a fat and carbohydrate at each meal!.

2) maybe you're dehydrated (when playing outside drink 1 8oz bottle of water every hour, and if out for more than that have about 4 ouces of gatorade (i like the rain versions best- they're a bit lighter and do not contain glycerol ester of wood rosin) about every 1/2 hour so you do not become hyponatremic (low sodium)= a dilutional hyponatremia; which is common in outdoor types in the hot summer months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried checking you blood sugar level, it may be low!. I have low sugar( hypoglycemia) and I get very tired and hungry when it drops!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not fueling your body correctly with the right foods & you prouably need 10hrs of sleep instead of 8Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise can speed up the body's metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes a while for your energy levels to settle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
