No!. Lyrica will not show up on a drug screen!. These tests look for certain medications or illegal substances!. Usually they have a 8-10 panel screen!. Lyrica will not be tested for,and even if it is was it is not a narcotic or illegal!. No one will care!. You have nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
