Question: Making my stomach feel better!?
Hey there, so I'm not feeling all that well!. :/ I just ate like 5 pieces of domino's thin crust pizza!. I didn't mean too, but over these past two days, I've eaten a lot over the last two days, how canI make my stomach feel better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop eating for a bit until your stomach feels a bit better!. You will not starve if you do!.
When it is feeling a bit better slowly sip some club soda or plain soda water - it seems to soothe the tummy some!.
When you feel like eating again - go for some light but nourishing foods and include some fruit and drink water especially to help your bowel flush out what it does not need!. If you have eaten lots of pizza you are also getting lots of cheese which will help to constipate you as well - so you need to eat some things which will help you eliminate the leftovers from your body - cheese is nice but it can be very binding - the crust of pizza is also highly refined grains which contribute to your feeling full and yukky
Finally when you eat pizza do so only as special treat and choose toppings and crusts such as a multigrain which give you better nutrition!.

Five slices of pizza is not enough food for two days, that is only about 1200 calories and you need about 4000 for two days or your stomach will not feel well!. You are probally suffering from not enough calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

slow down eating for a few daystake aover the counter medicene like pepto -bismol that should help if not see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
