Why am i always tired in the day but not at night?!


Question: Why am i always tired in the day but not at night!?
I'm always tired in the day time but when it turns into night i am not one bit tired! i could go to sleep anytime in the day, but at night i can't fall asleep if my life depended on it! and i could stay up all night, but as soon as the sun comes out i want to go to sleep!. whats wrong with me!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you on a schedule or do you just get up whenever you want to!?

I use to be the same way, then I had to get on a consistant schedule of getting up at 7 am M-F and after about 6 months my body adjusted!. I'd rather stay up late at night but if I were to do that now I would completely mess up the rythmn I'm in!. Maybe getting on a schedule would help, and make sure on the weekends you don't digress too much for your schedule because that can completely throw you off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be that you are not getting enough sleep!.!.!.sleeping in to long and not going to bed at a decent hour!.!.!.!.studies show your best sleep is during 11pm and 9am!. sleep for 9-10 hours!. go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time every day and it should go away!. if you take sleep aid!.!.!.make sure it doesnt have any pain killer in it unless you are in pain!. bad for the liver if it does!. they have over the counter sleep aid now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your lazy in the day and active in the night could be it, if you go out with friends at nighttime and walk around and such,

You could lay down for a while to decrease your heart rate, try to do more things in the day to make you tired, if your able to stay awake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg I'm the same way!!!! whatever you do don't sleep during the day!. no matter what!. Do a lot of activities during the day!. go to the beach or go for a run!. Any thing but do a lot!. then at night you should be tiered!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be sooo many different factors!.!.what you do or eat before bed, activity during the day, how you sleep, what you sleep on, air in your room!.!.!.!.I just take a tylenol pm, just one pill and i'm OUTWww@Answer-Health@Com

Im like that too - studies have shown that some people are "morning larks" and some people are "night owls"
