Question: Not sure what is wrong!.!?
So at least once a month my throat feels like it swells up as if I swallowed a cotton ball!. It does not hurt just feels very uncomfortable!. I dont really want to go to the doctor becuase the next day I normally feel better!. Any ideas what is going on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your thyroid fails it causes swelling in the throat and after about half a year or so it can cause slight confusion and dizziness if it is not treated!.!.it doesn't cause constant pain for the first few months it takes a while until after it fails and than it hurts constantly!. Thyroid Disorder is caused by a lack of Iodine found in Fish and Salt, the disorder is most common in people who live in the mid west U!.S!. do to the lack of fresh ocean fish!.
