Answers:
In a word, yes!. I used to work at a medical clinic where we'd take in urine samples all the time!. if they couldn't be tested until later on we had to put them in the fridge to keep them fresh, so yes, fridge it, just label it well!.

Certain medicines, vitamins or the presence of glucose may cause the urine specific gravity to change and give incorrect readings of dehydration!. If any of these situations occur then the test is unreliable!.

The solidification at the bottom is composed of solutes!. The composition of urine can vary greatly and constantly fluctuates with dietary intake (food and water) and metabolic activity!. Urine consists mostly of water with various organic and inorganic substances such as urea, uric acid, creatine, sodium chloride, ammonia, sulfates, and phosphates as its principal ingredients!.

Probably, your fridge has some moisture problems!. or the seals are not tight!.

Any urine sample is usually required at the time of the test
and accepted at urine temperature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why do you need to keep it in the fridge!? Is it because the weather where you live is HOT and you need to collect it over a longer period of time!.
Usually urine collection is overnight or even perhaps a 24 hour period, unless the laboratory asks specifically for you to refrigerate it, I would not bother
Perhaps contact the lab and ask their advice on this oneWww@Answer-Health@Com

well the pee is supposed to be kept at body temperture or it is no goodWww@Answer-Health@Com

don't try to fool the lab, they are smarter than you think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
