Icy hot is purely a comfort measure!. The heat does not penetrate into the muscle layers and only creates a warm sensation as deep as the skin layer!. If you want icy hot that you can plug into the wall, you'd be better off with a heating pad and spray a little bit of menthol in the air!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
