Leg cramps at 34 weeks?!


Question: Leg cramps at 34 weeks!?
how can i stop my leg cramps in the night!?
i get bad leg cramps in the night but my legs ache all day after why is that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had this problem, it was awfull, it sounds strange but milk helps!. and a hot bath before bed!. also try and do some streching exercises for your lower calves!. as your muscles are under alot more pressure when you are pregnant so stretching thm every day can help!. mine never went completly, untill the day i gave birth, but hey, itl all be over soon!.

I got that towards the end of my first pregnancy, its a lack of salt in your body!. I had cravings for ready salted crisps too once i realised my body was lacking salt i would eat a couple packets a day (not every day tho) and that really really helped them, i also raised my legs with a pillow at nights!. Hope this helps, you'll be tired enough without loosing sleep

they are called low-calcium leg cramps!. take a couple Rolaids a day!. it will give you calcium that is needed now and probably help with your night leg cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can stop this by putting somthing warm across your legs at night well this helped me the reason why you get the is when the baby is laying on nerves hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
