I had this done and I was up and walking hours later!. To lift and stuff like that it is going to be a while but you have to listen to the Dr!. and what he says!. Mine told me a between a week and 2 weeks before I would be back to normal!. Other Dr!.s say other things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The general rule is 4-6 weeks recovery until you go back to a heavy lifting job!. If it is an office job, it could possibly be less!. Even though it is less invasive than a normal "cut open" surgery, the body still needs time to heal adequately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
