I Am IN PAIN!!!HELP!!!?!

Question: I Am IN PAIN!!!HELP!!!!?
Heres my story:
I had an injury and my knee knee cap popped out of place!.(I was exercizing)And I felt it immediatly pop back in, but the pain was!.!.!.just unbarable!.I cried for about 2 hours!.And the next day I decided to go to school, and i was limping, but some of the pain sort of went away by then, so i decided it would be a good idea to go to school that day!. I also stopped limping in about one week after the incident!.But ocassionally, if i make a fast turn or run it falls out of place and i am in unbarable pain for about 2-3 minutes, then it just feels completely normal!.I find this to be very odd, but i cant live with it!.

1 year later:
So its been about one year and im fine, exept that it still pops out ocassionally!.I am planning to do cheer and/or volleyball next year, so yesterday me and my friends were practicing for cheer and we were doing cartwheels!. And as i was finishing up a cartwheel i felt my knee cap pop out of placeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Ooh dear it sounds like you've got what I have!.

I have a lateral tracking patella!.
In laymen terms, that means my knee cap is set slightly off-track, and that causes it to pop out sometimes!. Its actually sort of common in teenage girls!. Im a professional dancer, so trust me I know how you feel!

Go to your doctor and tell them about it!.
They will refer you to a specialist who can help!.

In the meantime, I suggest wearing an elastic knee brace when you practice!. I find that if it fits properly it helps to hold the cap in place a little!.
And if its hurting you while walking around, I would recommend a knee strap!.
This is the one I use: http://www!.holabirdsports!.com/cgi-bin/pr!.!.!.

I hope you are able to find help so that you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a lot of things!. I suggest you go to your doctor!.!.!.or if you have an orthopedic surgeon you should go to them!.!.!.someone I know had that happened and he had fluid under the knee cap and now he has to have surgery!.!.!.

those are just some ideas!
