Take some cool wet washrags and put them on your neck, on the corotid arteries (juglar)!. Put one over your eyes too!.
Go lay down, put your feet up!.
If it doesn't go away within the hour, call your local hospital or doctor and ask to speak to a nurse!.
It's most likely high blood pressure, and if it goes away, don't worry too much, just mention it to your doctor!.
If it persists, call your doc and ask some questions!.
I get this thing when I get too hot or if I change position too fast, where my entire neck, chest, ears, and head throbs with my pulse!.
Listen to some music to get you calmed down and relaxed, that usually helps me!.
