Constipation help?!


Question: Constipation help!?
This is embarrassing but i ALWAYS have trouble going!. I am 15 years old so it's not an age issue!. I weight lift and run every other day!. My diet consists solely of smart bran (13g fiber/serving), various fruits and veggies, eggs, and 1/2 gallon of water!. I take 10 grams worth of fiber via supplements every morning too!.

This problem has persisted since my child hood and comes and goes occasionally!. Right now it's REALLY bad and everytime i have to poop i end up using a emena and i know it's bad to use it all the time but i can't go otherwise!. it is always hard as a rock!. my parents don't think this is a serious enough issue to go to the doctor!.

beets are the natural stool softener if that's your concern!. also it has a good bit of fiber (since it's a root veg!. )
Try to include beets in your diet!. they are also known as slight growth enhancer (don't know for sure if it could be true or not)!.
Someone already mentioned "more water"!. so no reason to dwell on that!.!.
Another suggestion - besides beets get rhubarb juice too - you can cut them, boil with some sugar or without - cook for some while, drink instead of tee/coffee/liquid etc!.!.
smth about beets-
, do not fear the reddness of the #1 (urin gets tainted by the beet juice red)!. Also as all other house remedies it still takes some while before it really works!. Just be patient!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually it is serious enough for you to go to a doctor!. I have worked in a doctors office since late 1999, and have seen people suffer from what you have described!. Have you tried taking a stool softner!? Also, if you parents agree to take you to the doctor, ask the doctor about irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)!. Have them do a hema-cult test to test for unseen blood in your stool too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think your life style is perfect
you need to make certain time daily for staying to poop even if u don't feel so every day for 10 mins and not more,
drink milk and eat yogurts daily

yes you should go to the doctor if its been ongoing for a while, they might prescribe u lactolose, also drink prune juice!. also weight lifting at 15 causes your bones not to grow properly and may prevent u from growing to ur ideal heightWww@Answer-Health@Com

and in their granola bars they have like 9grams each so thats good!.
they have other products like yogurt, and cereal!.

also try jumping up and down or going on a trampoline cuz that shakes up ur intestines and makes u have to go!.
and run more!.!.!.it will help!.

but please convince your parents to go to a doctor or schudule an appointment urself cuz it sucks to be constipated!. when ever i go to camp i can never go!.!.!.and it is horrible to go like 5days with out going!. so
