I don't think that this will do you any harm!. Perhaps your body is just telling you it wants a rest!. Sometimes tho when this happens, even if you don't feel like eating it doesn't hurt to eat something light and easily digested such as a slice of toast with something like some honey on it to see if it makes you feel a bit better after eating !. If it does then just ease back into eating as you feel like it!. I think this will probably do the trick - if on the other hand it makes you feel ill - then check it out with a doctor to reassure yourself
Hope you feel brighter soonWww@Answer-Health@Com

By not eating you will shut your metabolism down!. It may be depression or just a virus!.

However, you are doing without the important nutrients and electrolytes that your body and brain need to function!.

Try to make yourself eat a little something, try hearty soups for starters!. Drink some gatorade to help keep up with your electrolytes!. Start slow, small sips so it doesn't upset your stomach!.

If you cannot make youself take in some nutrients, you need to see your Doctor in the AM!.

If you miss 9 meals where I work (3 days) it is considered a self starvation, and we start an IV to get the nutrients into you!.

Missing too many meals can cause multi-system failure!. You do not want to go there!. Try to eat and if you can't!. see your Doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might have gotten a bug of some sort!. Especially since you were at a party and there are no telling how many people hands touched that pizza, therefore spreading all sorts of germs and bugs along the way!.
You need to eat something though!. Start out with bland foods, such as broth, jello, popsickles, and juices!. Once you start feeling better and more like yourself then you can start eating things like crackers and other bland foods!.
Just make sure that you stay well hydrated!.
Remember if you start running a fever, have vomiting or diarrhea you should go to your doctor or to your nearest emergency room!.

Hope you get to feeling better!.
Gatorade is really good for you and will help you stay hydrated :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
