Constant lower back pain, what else can i do?!

Question: Constant lower back pain, what else can i do!?
A year last april, following an Mri i was found to have 2 disc bulges, after trying lots of different medication, including diazapan and oromorph, also a course of hydrotherapy and lots of physiotherapy, there simply is no relief, my physiotherapist says i have lost the curve in my spine and i also get lots of spasms, i get little sleep, and really can not see an end to this constant pain!. I'm currently waiting for an appointment to see a specialist and hope that maybe he will consider giving me one of those injections i have heard about!. I have also heard that accupunture is helpful!. Please please can somebody give me some advice on what else i can try, as i really have had enough!! Many thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

hello, i'm 33 years old and a year ago i bulged 2 discs, crushed my spinal cord and did nerve damage!. i didn't want surgery as risks are quite large and this was a personal decision!. i wanted to try something a bit more conservative first, i had a spinal injection of cortisone and anasthetic!. this worked wonders for me, although!.!.!.!.!.i do struggle with the way this injury has changed and affected my life!. it does my head in sometimes!! i have built up the muscles in my tummy to support my back more and this has helped a little!. i was really keen to get off all the drugs (including the ones you mentioned), i stumbled across a herbal pill (i'm not a crackpot and really didn't expect it to work!!!) and it works for me!. it is called Nalgesic and you can get it from health food stores (it's very popular though and can be really difficult to get)!. i can only go on my experience but i hope some of this info has helped!. please let me know if you want to chat more!. alannaWww@Answer-Health@Com

You did not specify what kind of specialist you were going to see!. I assume it is a pain management physician!. The injections they give you have given alot of pain relief to MANY people!. There are many different injections that they can try!. The most common ones, and you can research these on line of course, are Medial branch blocks, Epidurals, Facet and Sacroiliac joint injections!. Good luck! There's still hope!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've had a lot done without lasting results!. Time to do a search for an MD or ND who does A LOT (50% or more) of Prolotherapy!.!.!. it is VERY likely a skilled doctor can help you greatly!. Don't be sold on surgery!

Try a 'Google' search for your zip code + Prolotherapy!. Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try pot, it usually helps a lot!. And don't worry, it isn't bad for your health, just research it and you'll discover the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
