Heat and stretching!!!! I can email you something or try to post it on here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Treatment of frozen shoulder varies depending on the stage it is at, and how severe the pain and stiffness is!. There is no outright cure, and the aim of treatment is to keep the joint as mobile as possible!.
The most effective treatment is that which maintains a good range of movement until the shoulder starts to heal!. Treatment may include the following:
Shoulder exercises: regular, gentle exercise can help to keep the shoulder joint mobile!. If your shoulder is very stiff, exercise may hurt, and it should only be carried out with the guidance of your doctor or physiotherapist!. If you are able to, continue using your shoulder as normal!. 'Saving' the shoulder can cause the muscle to waste and may make stiffness worse!.
Physiotherapy: manipulation of the joint by a physiotherapist or osteopath may help to mobilise the shoulder!. Heat treatment may also be used to encourage blood flow to the area!.
Steroid injections: injections into or near the shoulder joint are very effective at relieving pain and inflammation for a few weeks!. However, injections are not a cure, and symptoms do return!.
Nerve block: an injection to block the nerves that register pain in the shoulder!. This is effective for the short-term relief of pain, but symptoms do return!.
Painkillers: over-the-counter painkillers such as paracetamol or prescription-only drugs such as codeine, may be taken to ease pain, but they do not have any anti-inflammatory action!.
Anti-inflammatory painkillers: painkillers such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, and naproxen are often prescribed to ease pain and improve the use of the shoulder!. These types of drugs are most effective when taken regularly, rather than as and when symptoms are particularly painful!.
Side effects sometimes occur with anti-inflammatory painkillers!. The most serious of these are stomach pain and bleeding from the stomach!. You are more at risk of this if you are over 65 or have had a stomach ulcer!. Some people with asthma, high blood pressure, kidney failure and heart failure may not be able to take anti-inflammatory painkillers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had this a couple of years ago and it took some eighteen months to resolve!. I took anti-inflammatory meds and painkillers, had Physio and finally had a course of local anaesthetic and steroid injections!. It is extremely painful and you have my sympathy - you can't rush it, it has to heal in it's own time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
