Can a lack of sleep get you back on a good sleeping pattern?!


Question: Can a lack of sleep get you back on a good sleeping pattern!?
I woke up yesterday at around 4 pm
I have not slept since, and right now the time is 7 am
I'm wondering if I should just stay up until my desired
Time to sleep- Which is around 10:30 so I can get used to that when I have to go back to school!.!.
Should I just stay up and will that help me get back on the right track, or should I sleep and somehow fix things!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats really funny that you asked that, cause I'm doing the same thing right now!. I've been going to sleep at like 4am every night, so now I'm just staying up till tonight!. It's worked for me before, but it can be difficult to stay up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
