yes, but you cannot drink acidophilus milk!. Acidophilus is just a gastric bacteria, we use it to aid in digesting our food, and it has no lactose in it!. But dairy does have lactose!. There are however, lactose free dairy products available!.!.!.just don't think that because some milk comes with acidophilus it is safe for you!.!.!.it isn't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My daughter & I drink acidophilous milk and we are both lactose intolerant!. I was raised on goat milk (I lived on a farm), and my daughter was raised on acidophilous right from being weaned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
