I can tell you what might help with migraines!.

- Make sure you don't lack minerals in your diet!.
- Take potassium
- Drink water with a PH that is at least 7!.5!. Also make sure it has lots of dissolved solids in it (minerals and trace minerals)!.

This is how I fixed my migraines!. We are getting sicker and sicker each year!. There is no explanation other than eating bad food and lacking nutrients that we have evolved with for the last 1000000000 years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The pain in your neck is the tension from the headache!. Here's what I do, get a 20 oz Coke product rbottle (not pepsi, it doesn't have the right shape) fill it with very warm (not boiling) water!. Lay down in a quite, dark room, put that bottle under your neck right at the base of your skull, and gently roll your head side to side and let the contours of the bottle massage your neck!. While doing this, have a damp COOL cloth over your eyes and forehead!. The contrasting head and cold will cause the pain to leave the area!. If you don't have prescription migraine medicine, you might try Excedrine Migraine (or Extra Strength, it's all the same ingredients)!. Sometimes the combination of the caffeine and tylenol and aspirin really helps! I have them ALOT and I really feel for you!! Also, GET OFF THE COMPUTER! It's one of the worst things you could be doing with a headacheWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you have a migraine!.

These are all symptoms:

Moderate to severe pain, which may be confined to one side of the head or may affect both sides
Head pain with a pulsating or throbbing quality
Pain that worsens with physical activity
Pain that interferes with your regular activities
Nausea with or without vomiting
Sensitivity to light and soundWww@Answer-Health@Com

Things to remember: Remember that the chances are good that you may get more than one
type of headache!. You may have a symptom of migraines and tension headaches!. Be aware that you may suffer from both! (One of the best books to help you decide what type of headache you have is from the "For Dummies" series
