Tried every sleeping medication on this earth no work
I do a lot of activities in day dont work
Please i get to sleep at 1:30AM OR 2:00AM then wake set alarm at 9:ooam to feed dogs then go back to sleep and set alarm clock to 12:oo i been doing this every day its not healthy

You can find it in the vitamin section in your local drugstore!. It is one of the least addictive substances on the planet, and is naturally occurring in the human body!.
Take one pill about half an hour before you want to go to bed!. It should get you pleasantly relaxed & sleepy, but not drowsy or dopey!.
